The remuneration paid by the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux is subject to QPIP premiums if the intermediate resource meets all of the following criteria:
- The resource takes in, at his or her principal place of residence, users referred by a public institution;
- The resource takes in a maximum of 9 users;
- The resource carries out his or her activities as a natural person.
