Please note that the clicSÉQUR service will be unavailable from Friday February 10, 06:00 p.m. until Sunday February 12, 11:00 p.m. Only persons registered with the Québec Parental Insurance Plan’s online services can access their file.

We apologize for any inconvenience due to this interruption.

To register for the Québec Parental Insurance Plan (QPIP) online services, you will need to get your clicSÉQUR ID, i.e., your user code and password. This ID will give you safe access to the online services provided by all government of Québec participating agencies and departments.
