To consult, or make changes to your file, or to write us, your will need your clicSÉQUR ID, i.e., your user code and password, and be registered with the Québec Parental Insurance Plan (QPIP) online services.

Avoid postal delays

To avoid inconvenience due to postal delays, we suggest that you :

  • sign up for direct deposit of your benefits, if you have not already chosen this option. To do so :
    access your online file and change the payment method;
  • pick email as your preferred means of communication with us, if you have not already chosen this option. To do so :

When accessing your file online, you can consult information regarding your application for benefits, your communications with us and the documents in your file. For example:
