Automated Telephone Service: Even more service!

When accessing the Automated Telephone Service you can now use the authentication option to speak with an agent more quickly. The Automated Telephone Service also allows you to consult your file to find out the date and amount of your next payment and how many weeks of benefits remain to be paid.
 
To access the Automated Telephone Service, use the password that was sent to you when you applied for parental benefits.
