If you have income during your benefit period, you must declare it promptly!

If you earn or receive any income during your benefit period, you must inform us without delay.

Employment income such as the amounts paid for days off (including vacation pay, statutory holidays and sick days) and performance bonuses can affect the amount of your benefits.

Please note that if you earn or receive income during your benefit period, it could be more advantageous for you to have your next benefit payment suspended. For information about this, contact the Centre de service à la clientèle.

Use our online services to declare income. It’s safe and fast!

  • Access your online file and go to the “Declaration of income” tab.
  • Declare your income by providing the information requested: - Income type - Period - Amount
  • Press “Submit” so that the information can be processed.
